1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to ship the item back.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery for return.
3. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items
